Nathan Krampe is the principal and founder of Lion’s Wealth Management, a registered investment advisory firm in Minneapolis. He works with a select group of business owners, company executives and their families who are in or nearing retirement to help them make smart decisions with their money.
Nathan’s 18 years in the industry has lead him to work with a broad scope of clients, managing a full spectrum of wealth planning issues. As executives, they were responsible for looking out for the employees and their families, as well as the company. Many times however, no one was looking out for their best interest. Together with his professional network of strategic partners, Nathan looks to address the largest areas of concern: preserving their wealth, tax mitigation, taking care of heirs, protecting their wealth from being unjustly taken, and charitable gifting.
Upon graduating from University of Minnesota, he continued his studies at Kaplan University and College of Financial Planning where he obtained his licenses and increased his knowledge of financial matters. Nathan is Certified Private Wealth Advisor® professional finishing his studies at Yale School of Management. Additionally, he holds his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional designation from the College of Financial Planning. His is an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) and is a fiduciary for his clients.
Nathan is a public speaker and thought leader in the community. Even with the pulls of the business, he still enjoys time with his family, sitting on the elder board of his church, and enjoying the wonderful summers of Minnesota.
Dave began his career as a Financial Advisor in 1993 with a strong belief in the concept of creating an on-going measurable financial plan to be updated on a regular basis – something quite new in the industry at the time. Over the last 3 decades, Dave has worked with Ameriprise, Norwest Investments, and LPL Financial before transitioning to Lion’s Wealth Management.
Dave’s areas of expertise includes: Retirement Planning, Investment Management, Financial Planning, Estate Planning.
After serving as an Airborne Command Post Flight Technician in the US Air Force and later serving in the Minnesota Air National Guard, Dave attended and graduated from Mankato State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business. He is an Investment Adviser Representative (IAR), holds a series 63 securities registrations, and holds life, accident and health insurance licenses.
A strong believer in community service, Dave and has served on the Chisago City council and the Chisago City planning commission in the past and plans on doing so again after he becomes an empty nester.
Dave lives on Green Lake in Chisago City with his wife, Amy, and 4 children, Aleigh, Joshua, Austin and Annabelle. When not attending one of the children’s sporting events, enjoys spending time with Amy and the kids out on the lake.
Chuck, principal of Tarara Asset Management, began his career as an independent Financial Advisor in 1982 working with Planners Financial Services, Inc. for the last 41 years in Minneapolis, MN. Previously from 1972 to 1979 he was manager of Pension, Profit Sharing Sales for Aetna Retirement Services, St. Paul office. Recently he has transitioned to a partnership with Lion’s Wealth Management, located in St. Louis Park, MN.
Chuck attended St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN. After graduating with a BA in English, he spent 2 years active duty in Vietnam. He remained active in the U.S. Army Reserve for 28 years, retiring as an Army Lieutenant Colonel.
He is an Investment Adviser Representative (IAR), holds a Series 63 and 65 Securities registration, is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and was the past president of the St. Paul Chapter of the American Society of Chartered Financial Consultants. He also is a member of the Minneapolis Estate Planning Council and MN chapter of the International Association of Financial Planners.

Chuck lives in Mendota Heights with his wife, Nancy and enjoys reading, travel and spending time with his grandchildren.
Karl is grateful to benefit from a diverse portfolio of education and professional experience. His undergraduate education ranges from healthcare to legal studies at various institutions on both sides of the Twin Cities. In addition to his studies, he won numerous personal and team awards participating in extracurricular intercollegiate mock trial competitions. In 2013, he presented a senior seminar paper at the National Conference for Undergraduate Research.
Karl’s exploration of employment has taken him everywhere from the emergency room to Minnesota lakeshores. From manufacturing photography studio backdrops to proofreading appellate brief citations. This rich and varied background has equipped him with a substantial toolbox of skills to draw upon, making him a thoughtful and highly adaptable team member.
Outside of work, he loves spending time with his two young children. Their charming, creative, and caring presence fills his soul while their fun-loving antics fills his laundry bins. When not caring for them directly, he does what he can to ensure they are able to live in a vibrant community responsive to the needs of its residents. In addition to many years of volunteerism, he served on a city workgroup from April 2019 through July 2020, and has served on his city’s Police Advisory Commission since June 2022.

Ryan began his career in the financial services in 2007, after completing and passing the FINRA certification requirements (Series 6 and 63). As a member of the support operations team with specialization on servicing Managed Portfolios in brokerage accounts, he was mainly executing trades in major stocks and securities markets such as NASDAQ, NYSE, and AMEX, and managing Annuity and Insurance products, and 403b employer-sponsored retirement plans.
From 2014 to 2024, he worked as a consultant to the World Bank-funded development projects that provide financial grants to underserved rural communities in a SEA country, participating in the technical review of business plans, capacity-building, risk assessment and management, and business continuity plans of agricultural enterprises.
Currently, he works as financial paraplanner to the founder of Lion’s Wealth Management, Nathan Krampe, in a supporting role, indexing customer interactions and other financial transactions, data warehousing and repository, and organizing business intelligence reports, among others
Outside work, Ryan is a Genetics, Robotics, AI, and Nano (GRIN) tech enthusiast and loves music. He was once a vocalist singing in a local Christian church. He advocates for work and life integration, and is deeply proud of being a provider to his extended family.
